We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day hotel operations. You will ensure smooth coordination across all departments and maintain consistently high service standards.
This is a hands-on role with responsibility for guest experience, team leadership, and operational performance.
- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments

Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction

Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally

Drive revenue across F&B, spa, and accommodation

Manage budgets, payroll, and operational costs

Lead, train, and develop team members

Ensure compliance with health & safety and legal standards

Maintain property standards and coordinate maintenance

Support recruitment and staff development
- Experience in hotel operations or duty management
