Duties
- Manage the school’s budget, including financial planning, monitoring, and reporting
- Oversee administrative functions such as staffing, procurement, and facilities management
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
- Support the development and implementation of school policies and procedures
- Liaise with external agencies, suppliers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
- Coordinate with teaching staff to understand their resource needs and operational challenges
- Lead on health and safety compliance across the school premises
- Oversee the maintenance of accurate records related to finance, personnel, and student data
- Assist in organising school events and activities as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial or administrative role within an educational setting is preferred
- Teaching experience is highly desirable, providing valuable insight into school operations
- Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite
