JWe are seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Cleaning Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across Tarporley and surrounding areas.
To carry out Domestic Cleans in and around Tarporley within a 12 mile radius
Must drive & have your own car.
This role involves supervising a small team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, and maintaining efficient service delivery.
The position is scheduled Monday to Friday, offering a consistent work routine. The ideal candidate will have a background in commercial & domestic cleaning l experience, with strong leadership skills to motivate and manage the team effectively.
Milage allowance paid
Monday - Friday's Only - Hours between 7am - 6.00pm

Duties
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities across multiple sites in Tarporley and nearby areas.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks meet company standards for quality and safety.
- Manage scheduling and allocate tasks to team members efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to new team members, fostering a professional and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work, supplies used, and any issues encountered.
- Liaise with clients to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded.
- Assist with on-the-ground cleaning duties when necessary, particularly during busy periods or staff shortages.
Qualifications.
- Previous supervisory or team leader experience is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to motivate a team and foster a positive working environment.
- Valid driving licence is preferred for travelling between sites.
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
