Our client based on the outskirts of Newbury is looking for a motivated and experienced Warehouse Operative to join their friendly team!

Pay & Shift:
- Monday to Friday (37.5 hrs per week)
- From £25,500 per annum
- 09:00am to 17:00pm
What you’ll be doing:
- Receiving and inspecting goods against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Maintaining inventory control systems.
- Picking, packing, and dispatching orders with care to prevent damage.
- Ensuring correct stock rotation using FIFO principles.
- Conducting regular stock takes and warehouse maintenance.
- Assisting with vehicle loading and basic equipment conversions.
- Reporting safety concerns promptly to your manager.
What we’re looking for:
- A motivated individual with warehouse experience looking for career progression.
- A full valid driving licence due to site location requirements.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential – full training provided.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting with attention to detail.
- Reliability, a positive attitude, and physical fitness for manual tasks.
