What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting pupils with SEND including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties
- Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils stay engaged and feel safe
- Supporting with emotional regulation, communication and classroom inclusion
- Collaborating with teachers and SENCOs to deliver meaningful outcomes
- Celebrating small wins every single day
What we’re looking for:
- A patient, positive and resilient personality
- Experience with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, or similar)
- A genuine passion for helping students with additional needs
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to get one)
- Bonus: Team Teach / Makaton / PECS experience
