Hours: Flexible. We are happy to consider a working pattern that suits you within our operating hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Typically 20 hours per week.

The Role
We are looking for a reliable and conscientious Cleaner to help maintain the high standards expected within our SALSA-accredited chocolate factory.
This is an important role within our business. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our production areas, packing rooms, offices and staff facilities remain clean, organised and well maintained.
You will take pride in creating an environment that supports food safety, quality and the wellbeing of the team. A keen eye for detail, a methodical approach and a commitment to high standards are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness throughout production, packing and office areas
- Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
- Undertake deep cleaning tasks on a planned rotational basis
- Complete cleaning records accurately and consistently
- Monitor and replenish cleaning and hygiene consumables
- Support compliance with food safety, hygiene and SALSA requirements
- Report any maintenance, hygiene or cleanliness concerns promptly
- Help maintain an organised, safe and pleasant working environment for the team

Desirable Experience
- Previous cleaning experience within a food production, catering or manufacturing environment
- An understanding of food hygiene and food safety standards
- Experience following cleaning schedules and completing cleaning records
Full training will be provided.
