We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team at Pan Asian & Grill. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic Asian dishes, assisting in the kitchen, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Asian dishes in accordance with recipes and restaurant standards
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring timely and efficient service during busy periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
- Support with food plating and presentation to ensure visual appeal
- Follow all health and safety guidelines to uphold hygiene standards
- Serve food to customers when required, providing friendly and professional service
- Assist with stock control, including receiving deliveries and storing ingredients appropriately
Requirements
- Experience in food preparation, cooking, or a culinary environment is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
- Previous restaurant experience or serving experience is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for Asian cuisine and a willingness to learn new techniques
- Flexibility to work shifts as required, including evenings and weekends if necessary

Pay: £25,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
