Crystal Electronics is looking for a skilled and motivated electrician to join our growing nationwide team based in Sheffield & surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrician seeking a varied role with strong earning potential, ongoing training and career development.
Working across domestic and commercial settings, you will be responsible for carrying out various aspects of EICR’s, repairs & maintenance work, installations of emergency lighting and EV changing points. Ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Welcome Bonus:
Join our team and receive a £250 welcome bonus. You'll earn £100 after successfully completing 3 months of employment, followed by an additional £150 after successful completion of your 6 month probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installing EV charging points in domestic and commercial environments
- Completing EV charging point swap outs/upgrades
- Carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, and testing
- Completing EICR’s and carrying out any remedial works identified
- Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently and safely
- Conducting site surveys for future installations
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships
- Completing certification using the EasyCert PDA system
- Managing van stock and collecting materials from local suppliers when required
- Travelling to customer sites and working remotely
- Keeping Head Office updated on completed works and follow-up actions

Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
Desirable Qualifications:
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
- EV Charging Course
Requirements:
- Proven experience installing and commissioning EV charging points
- Experience fault-finding and repairing EV chargers
- Full clean Uk manual driving license
- Clean DBS check
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage a company vehicle and stock responsibly
