About Us
MAHI is a premium leather goods brand serving both consumers and businesses. Alongside our retail offering, we create bespoke branded gifts for companies, events and campaigns, including custom laser engraving and personalised products.
We're looking for someone who doesn't just film content—we're looking for someone who constantly spots content opportunities, develops ideas and creates videos that make people stop scrolling. Somebody that doesn't need a brief.
The Role
This isn't a traditional videographer role.
We're looking for a highly creative content creator who can take ownership of our content output and bring ideas to the table without needing detailed briefs or constant direction.
You'll have access to our existing video library, products, customer stories and behind-the-scenes processes, but we want someone who can independently turn those assets into compelling content across multiple formats.
Some weeks that might mean producing a polished brand film.
Other weeks it might mean creating LinkedIn content, product videos, customer stories, behind-the-scenes footage, short-form social content or entirely new concepts that we haven't thought of yet.
We're looking for somebody who naturally thinks:
"This would make a great video." We're particularly interested in generating engaging short-form video content.
What You'll Do
Create engaging video content for our website, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and paid advertising campaigns
Develop your own content concepts and story ideas
Film and edit product, lifestyle and behind-the-scenes content
Turn existing footage into new content formats
Create content that helps drive B2B enquiries and sales
Interview customers and capture testimonials
Identify opportunities to showcase our products, processes and brand story
Continuously suggest new content angles and campaign ideas
What We're Looking For
We're less interested in formal qualifications and more interested in your portfolio.
You'll likely be a good fit if:
- You regularly create content that gets engagement
- You can spot a story where others don't
- You need very little direction
- You're comfortable taking an idea from concept through to final edit
- You understand what performs on LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- You think like a marketer, not just a videographer
- You can organise yourself and manage projects independently
Bonus Points
- Experience with premium, luxury or lifestyle brands
- Experience creating B2B marketing content
- Strong copywriting skills
- Photography experience
- Experience running paid social creatives
