Time Type: Full time
Worker Type: Employee
To support the effective management and optimisation of QBE’s centrally administered broker facilities, contributing to the delivery of the function’s strategic and commercial objectives.
The Opportunity
We have a unique opportunity for someone to join a newly established and growing function at QBE, supporting the management and optimisation of our centrally administered broker facilities.
You’ll be joining at the ground floor, helping to shape how the function evolves — influencing processes, building relationships, and contributing to how facilities deliver commercial value to the business.
Working directly with the Broker Facilities Manager and alongside our Partnership Management and Distribution teams, you will play a visible role in driving broker engagement, delivering insight-led decisions, and embedding best practice across a strategically important portfolio.
If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership, develop commercially, and grow as the function grows, this is it.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
About QBE
At QBE, we get to the heart of what matters for our customers. And we do it all with a human touch.

It’s an exciting time. We’re building momentum towards our vision to become the most consistent and innovative risk partner.
What if you could have a positive impact – at work and in the world? As part of the QBE team, you’ll get to spend every day working with people who are passionate, talented and kind.
