Sports Teaching Assistant – ASAP Start | Fareham
Are you passionate about sport and supporting young people in education? We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sports Teaching Assistant to join schools across Fareham for an immediate start.
The Role
As a Sports Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students within PE lessons and classroom activities
- Help promote engagement, confidence, and positive behaviour
- Work with pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis
- Assist teachers in delivering fun and inclusive learning experiences
- Encourage participation in sports and physical activities
Requirements
- Experience working with children, young people, or within sports coaching preferred
- Positive, energetic, and adaptable approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
