Robertson Recruitment are looking for technical draughtsman to join our manufacturing company based in the Mansfield area. The company have well-equipped joinery manufacturing facilities so it is a great chance for someone to work with up to date machines and software.
Working hours:
Flexible working hours. 40 hours a week.
Between the times of 07:15am and 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for bespoke joinery and woodworking projects
- Prepare manufacturing/production drawings, cutting lists and material specifications
- Work closely with the design, workshop and installation teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Interpret architectural drawings, measurements and customer requirements
- Support the development of prototypes and new product designs
- Maintain drawing standards and document control
Requirements:
- Experience in the woodworking, joinery or furniture-manufacturing sector (preferred)
- Proficiency with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Inventor, Fusion, or Cabinet Vision
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, timber materials and joinery construction
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
