Job Description
We are seeking a talented, driven, and detail-oriented Tender Bid Manager to join our North West Europe team. In this role, you will lead the discovery, investigation, and our responses to tender and framework applications. This is a key role in helping us to win new contracts across the public safety community. Joining an established and successful team, this is a remote position with time split primarily between home and our central London office.
Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end management of tender and framework responses, reacting to and proactively sourcing tender and framework opportunities.

Determine bid strategy and resource requirements, and maintain bid timelines to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Work closely with colleagues across sales, product, compliance and legal departments to gather necessary inputs and approvals to complete applications.

Write and review high-quality bid responses, maintaining a library of reusable content.

Ensure all written content is clear, tailored, and aligned with the evaluation criteria and scoring methodology, and that all bids comply with procurement rules, mandatory requirements, and company governance policies.

Maintain accurate records of all submitted bids, outcomes, and lessons learned and manage bid portals, growing and shrinking in line with the market.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a bid, proposal, or tender management role, ideally within a technology or software business servicing the public safety community.

Demonstrable experience responding to public sector procurement exercises, with very strong written English skills. Additional European languages are advantageous.

Excellent project management and organisational skills to manage concurrent bids.

Confidence utilising AI powered tools to enhance core tasks is key.

Familiarity with public procurement frameworks and common evaluation methodologies is essential as is a high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.

Experience with contract frameworks and commonly used bids portals would be highly advantageous along with an APMP Foundation or Practitioner qualification.

UK resident who holds or is willing to obtain SC clearance is needed.
