Job description
Charnwood Community Care is looking for a compassionate and reliable Care & Support Assistant to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone looking to start or develop a career in care. The position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to increase to full-time hours
You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life.

Key responsibilities
- Providing personal care and support
- Assisting with daily routines
- Supporting with meals and hydration
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light household duties
- Promoting independence and wellbeing
Requirements
- Kind, caring and dependable nature
- Good communication skills
- Training requirement: All successful applicants must be willing to complete mandatory e-learning training as part of their induction and ongoing development to ensure safe and high-quality care.
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience preferred but not essential (full training provided)
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)
- Must be available to work between 7:00am and 10:00pmImportant note:
