The RSC is looking for a Wigs and Make-up Assistant (Part-time) to join the team at Matilda The Musical in London.
The appointed candidate would ideally start in late July.
An experienced Wigs and Make-up Assistant is required to work within the Wigs and Make-up department to ensure the smooth running of performances and rehearsals. Applicants must have an understanding and practical knowledge of the principles and safe working practices in all areas of Wigs and Make-up, it is essential that you have professional theatre experience. Previous West End experience is desirable but not essential.
This position is offered as a part time, fixed term contract for 12 months. The hours are 24 hours per week, across 3 days.
Please note that Matilda The Musical performs a Tuesday to Sunday schedule, with matinees on Wednesdays and Saturdays and a mid-afternoon performance on a Sunday.
