The Role:
We are seeking reliable, highly experienced, detail-oriented Independent Cleaning Contractors and Multi-Person Cleaning Teams to take on premium end-of-tenancy and deep cleaning contracts.
This is a flexible, on-call position where jobs are dispatched directly to your smartphone based on your local postcode availability. You will handle the physical completion of the clean from start to finish, ensuring properties meet strict inventory checking standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute flawless, deep end-of-tenancy cleans to absolute inventory-passing standards (including full kitchen sanitization, heavy oven degreasing, bathroom descaling, internal windows, and deep carpet treatment).
- Arrive at scheduled properties reliably within assigned geofenced booking slots.
- Data Verification Protocol: Natively use our online vendor portal to upload 3 mandatory high-resolution proof-of-work photos (Oven Interior, Bathroom Tilework, and Primary Entrance Hallway) immediately upon completion of every job to trigger automated billing and client payout approval.
Requirements (Mandatory):
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience specifically in End-of-Tenancy, Post-Builders, or Deep Commercial Cleaning.
- Equipment: You must own and transport your own commercial-grade cleaning supplies, chemical products, vacuums, and deep-clean machinery.
- Transport: Must have a reliable vehicle or transport to commute efficiently within local postcode boundaries.
- Technology: Must own a smartphone with a functional camera to log photo-verification assets directly to our dispatch server.
- Mindset: Punctual, autonomous, and completely driven by professional presentation standards.
