Quantity Surveyor

Saltire Facilities Management is looking for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This role will see you supporting the successful delivery of projects by managing costs, valuations, contracts, and financial reporting across a range of maintenance and facilities management contracts.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, valuations, and forecasts.

Monitor project costs, variations, and profitability.

Manage subcontractor accounts and final accounts.

Prepare and submit payment applications and supporting documentation.

Administer contracts and ensure compliance.

Produce weekly and monthly commercial reports.

Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost control initiatives.

Liaise with clients, operational teams, and subcontractors on commercial matters.
About You

A bachelor’s in quantity surveying or previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor.

Strong understanding of cost control, valuations, and contract administration.

Excellent numerical, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and commercial management systems.

Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience within facilities management, construction, social housing, or property maintenance is advantageous but not essential.
