Role Overview
We are working with a fab client based in Bellshill, who are expanding rapidly and seeking driven, energetic individuals with a passion for sales. As an Appointment Setter, you will play a key role in generating qualified appointments for our Solar Consultants. This is a high‑volume outbound calling role within a fast‑paced, target‑focused environment, offering strong earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high volumes of outbound calls to prospective customers
- Generate qualified appointments for the solar sales team
- Build rapport quickly and communicate confidently
- Work towards daily and weekly targets
- Maintain motivation and momentum throughout the day
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in lead generation or telesales (essential)
- Background in solar or home improvements (preferred)
- Strong performers from other sales sectors will also be considered
- High energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset
- A strong desire to earn uncapped commission
