Warehouse Operative Wanted – PG (A Tibbetts Group Company)
Location: SY4, Atcham
- Powell Gee, part of the Tibbetts Group, is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team, with an immediate start available.
Working Hours: 2 week rotating shift. Week 1: M-F 6am-2pm, Week 2: M-F 2PM-10PM
Pay: Starting: National Minimum Wage Paid Monthly
Duties Include
- Picking and packing orders
- Rotating between all sub-assembly areas as required
- Operating sub-assembly machinery and processes in line with safe operating procedures
- Performing regular quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Preparing, assembling, and packing products according to instructions and specifications
- Assisting with stock takes and inventory discrepancy investigations
- Supporting general warehouse and production operations when required
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Cleaning sub-assembly areas in accordance with warehouse cleaning schedules
- Ensuring all workstations are clean and tidy at the end of each shift or operation
- Communicating regularly with team leaders and colleagues
- Contributing ideas and suggestions to improve warehouse and sub-assembly processes
