Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored tutoring sessions in specific subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs

- Assess student progress regularly and adjust tutoring strategies accordingly
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student development and areas for improvement
- Maintain organised records of tutoring sessions and student progress
- Promote a love for learning and motivate students to achieve their academic goals
Experience
- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, or working with children is highly desirable
- Knowledge of special education needs and inclusive teaching practices is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to clearly explain concepts and build rapport with students of diverse backgrounds
- Patience, adaptability, and a genuine passion for education are essential qualities for success in this role
