Plant/ Agricultural Service Manager
£45,000 - £65,000 OTE
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Manager to lead the daily operations of the Service Team.
Key Responsibilities for the Plant/ Agricultural Service Manager :
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the service department, ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field service engineers and customers.
- Ensure all aftersales administration, including warranty claims and parts returns, is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Drive revenue growth across parts sales, servicing, and repair contracts.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while resolving escalated service issues professionally.
The successful Plant/ Agricultural Service Manager will have:
- A strong plant or agricultural engineering background.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a similar environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and use initiative.
- A professional and flexible approach to work.
