We are seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to work at a Mablethorpe primary school. This is a part-time role (Thursday and Friday only.)
The school are looking for a candidate who can support across KS1, working 1:1 when required and providing small group interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the KS1 class teacher in delivering high-quality learning experiences
- Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
- Assist with phonics, early reading, writing and maths activities
- Work 1:1 with students with an EHCP
Pre-requisites:
- Has experience working with children in KS1 (school or childcare setting)
- Is patient, positive and committed to helping children thrive
- Holds (or is working towards) a relevant TA qualification (desirable but not essential)
- Recent SEN/SEMH Experience
- Ability to provide two education or school based references
