Country Properties Hatfield is looking for a confident and ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to join our growing sales team.
We are based in the heart of Old Hatfield, a characterful and well-established location with a strong community feel and a quality local property market.

Saturdays worked on a rota basis
About the role
You will report to the Sales Manager and focus purely on residential sales.
You’ll be handling buyer enquiries, viewings, vendor updates, offer negotiation, valuation opportunities, and sales progression support. You will need to be confident on the phone, strong face to face, organised with follow-up, and motivated by results.
For the right person, there is a clear opportunity to develop towards Valuer, Lister, or a more senior sales role as the branch grows.
We are interviewing immediately and aiming to appoint within two weeks.
What we’re looking for
Minimum 12 months’ sales experience
Estate agency or property experience preferred
Strong sales experience with the right attitude will be considered
Full UK driving licence essential
Confident communicator
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Target driven and motivated by commission
Professional, proactive, and organised
Someone hungry to progress
