The role of office manager assistant will be working with the customer service team, making sure processes are in place and all daily targets are achieved. overseeing the transport for customers vehicles are collected and delivered on time. updating all compliance onsite, involved in payroll and invoicing daily.

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team at our Accident Repair Body shop in Dunfermline, A minimum of 2 years Customer Service background is required - however experience within a Body shop or the Motor Trade is preferred but not necessary as all training will be given on site to the successful applicants
