We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Hairdresser to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist senior hairdressers with colouring, cutting, styling, and finishing techniques
- Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients and addressing their needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment
- Support with front desk duties including appointment scheduling and client enquiries
- Upsell additional services and retail products to maximise client satisfaction.
- Contribute to store management tasks, including stock replenishment and product displays

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills, including upselling techniques and advanced hairdressing methods
- Organised with good attention to detail to ensure high standards of hygiene and presentation within the salon environment
