The Role
We are looking for a motivated and organised Financial Administrator to join our team. This is an entry-level administrative role supporting the delivery of financial advice across all areas of the business. You will play a key part in ensuring our client administration runs smoothly, helping to move client cases forward efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support across the financial advice process for clients receiving pensions, investments, mortgages, and protection advice
- Processing and managing client documentation and correspondence
- Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records using our internal systems
- Liaising with providers and third parties on behalf of advisers
- Supporting the wider team with general office administration tasks
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
- Good computer literacy — comfortable using business software, systems, and digital tools
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively
- Previous experience in a financial services or professional services environment is advantageous but not essential
