Berenjak are seeking a Reservations Assistant to join their team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences, with a keen interest in hospitality and a willingness to learn. Job Description
The successful candidate will be a proactive, personable self-starter, committed to providing excellent guest relations and maximising revenue across the group.
Duties Include:

Daily email communication with guests via the restaurant’s inboxes and the VIP reservation line.

Strong working knowledge of Sevenrooms to ensure best reservation management and optimisation.

Providing administrative assistance to the Operations Team.

Co-ordinate the event planning process, gather final details and communicate these through function sheets.

Assisting the site teams with guest facing email communication and drafting proposals.

Achieve agreed KPIs including response time, conversion and revenue.

Take a pro-active approach to problem solving and challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.

Assist with other activations where necessary, such as corporate gifting, merchandise sales, charity events, etc.

Work closely with the operations and onsite teams to ensure the smooth running of events and private hires.
