Social Media Creator (full time)
Location: The Keys, Yarm
Hours: Full time hours per week (Flexible, including evenings/weekends)
The Role
Are you a digital storyteller with an eye for aesthetic transitions and a finger on the pulse of what’s trending? The Keys in Yarm is looking for a creative, high-energy Social Media Creator to take over our digital presence.
This isn't a "sit behind a desk" kind of job. You’ll be on the floor, in the DJ booth, and right in the middle of the action, capturing the unique energy that makes The Keys the go-to destination in Yarm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Content Creation: Filming and editing high-quality Reels, TikToks, and Stories that showcase our restaurant, cocktail bar, and nightclub.
- Live Coverage: Capturing the peak of our nightlife. Please note: This role requires working unsociable hours (late nights/weekends) to get the best footage of our events and guest experience.
- Trend Spotting: Identifying viral sounds and formats and adapting them to our brand voice.
- Community Management: Engaging with our followers and building a buzz around upcoming events.
What We’re Looking For
- The Eye: You know how to make a cocktail look irresistible and a dancefloor look electric.
- The Skills: Proficiency in mobile editing apps (CapCut, VN, Lightroom) and a deep understanding of the Instagram/TikTok algorithms.
- The Vibe: You’re confident, outgoing, and comfortable navigating a busy nightlife environment to get "the shot."
- Autonomy: You can manage your 20 hours effectively, balancing daytime promo with late-night event coverage.
