Join our friendly and established team specialising in the management of professional house shares across Tunbridge Wells.
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and conscientious cleaner to become part of our small but highly valued cleaning team. Unlike many domestic cleaning roles, our properties are occupied by working professionals and communal areas receive significant daily use. This means the role requires someone who takes pride in achieving high standards, even when residents have not necessarily helped to maintain those standards between visits.
This is an active, physical role and would suit someone who enjoys being on their feet, likes to stay busy and takes satisfaction from transforming a property through their work.

What You'll Be Doing
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms and communal areas within professional house shares
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting to a consistently high standard
- Sanitising high-touch areas and maintaining excellent hygiene standards
- Reporting maintenance issues and property concerns to the office team
- Ensuring each property is left clean, tidy and welcoming for residents
- Working independently across a portfolio of properties while remaining in regular communication with the office and wider team
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively
- Good communication skills and reliability
- A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out a demanding role involving walking, bending, lifting, reaching and working on your feet for extended periods
- Someone who takes pride in doing a thorough job even when the work can be challenging
