The position of Admin Assistant will primarily be within the busy accounts department and will include, but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming emails, printing off all Supplier invoices and statements
- Filing delivery notes
- Matching Suppler invoices to delivery notes
- Processing Supplier invoices onto bespoke program (full training will be given)
- Processing Supplier invoices into accounts package (full training will be given)
- Reconcile Supplier statements to accounts ledgers (full training will be given)
- Scan all month's paperwork to Filestar (full training will be given)
- Any other general office duties as and when required
Additional responsibilities may be assigned as the role develops
Experience & Qualifications:
- Must be focused and organised
- Attention to detail is paramount
- Be able to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Previous office experience required
- Be able to use Excel & Word
- GCSE's - English & Maths A-C
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - (flexible to be agreed)
Pay: £12.71 per hour
