RUSH Hair & Beauty - Putney
Are you warm, organised, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? RUSH Hair & Beauty is looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House professional to join our Putney salon.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and stylish salon experience.
Hours: 36 hours - 4 days, including weekend work
The Role

Greeting clients and delivering exceptional customer service

Managing appointments and maintaining the salon schedule

Answering phone calls, emails, and client enquiries

Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks

Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area

Ensuring every client feels valued from arrival to departure
What We’re Looking For
-
Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role (salon or spa experience preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Strong organisational and time management skills
-
Friendly, professional, and confident manner

Proficient computer skills; experience with booking systems is an advantage

Availability to work weekends
