Geismar UK ltd is a French owned UK subsidiary within excess of 40 years’ experience selling, manufacturing, and supplying equipment for maintenance and renewals on the railway infrastructure.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technician to join our team at Geismar UK Ltd to Maintain and manufacture Geismar small Plant, RRV's and calibrated measuring equipment.
Main duties:
To work individually and as part of a team to ensure that, in accordance with company requirements and industry standards, Geismar products and measuring equipment are:
· Inspected,
· Quoted,
· Repaired,
· Maintained,
· Calibrated and tested,
· Manufactured,
· Delivered on time.

Skills:
On site training for use of Geismar equipment will be provided but basic requirements are:
· Mechanical skills
· Basic Electrical skills
· IT skills

Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday – 07:45 to 16:45
- Friday - 07:45 to 12:45
Holidays:
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Northampton, NN4 7EX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,000.00 per year
