We are seeking a motivated Junior Digital Marketing and Subscription Executive to join our dynamic publishing team. Duties
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including social media, email marketing, Google Ads, and SEO optimisation.
- Manage content creation and editing using Adobe Photoshop to ensure engaging and visually appealing material.
- Monitor and analyse website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to inform strategic decisions.
- Support B2B and B2C marketing initiatives by creating compelling copy for outreach emails, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the team on project management tasks, ensuring timely delivery of marketing activities.
- Oversee social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analysing engagement metrics.
- Manage the subscription management processes, including onboarding new clients and maintaining accurate records.
- Contribute to the optimisation of marketing strategies through analysis skills, market research, and competitor benchmarking.
- Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal meetings or client pitches.
- Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot technical issues related to website or campaign tools.
Requirements
- Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with management tools such as WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media management platforms.
- Experience or understanding of email marketing strategies and B2B/B2C marketing approaches.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights effectively.
- Basic knowledge of project management principles and time management techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.

Pay: £24,420.00-£28,000.00 per year
