We support children at every stage of their early years journey - from babies taking their first steps, to toddlers discovering independence, to preschool children preparing for school.
We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join our team across our Baby Room (0–2 years), Toddler Room (2–3 years), and Preschool Room (3–5 years). This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive, reflective team who are passionate about high-quality care and education.
Depending on your room, you will:
- Provide warm, responsive care, supporting children’s emotional wellbeing and development
- Build secure attachments, particularly in our baby room, supporting routines and individual care needs
- Support communication and language development through play, interaction and modelling
- Encourage curiosity, exploration and learning through a balance of child-led and adult-supported experiences
- Create engaging, stimulating environments both indoors and outdoors
- Support children with routines, transitions and developing independence (e.g. feeding, toileting, dressing)
- Observe, assess and track children’s development in line with the EYFS
- Build strong, trusting relationships with parents and carers
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure consistency and high-quality practice
- Contribute to inclusive practice and support children’s individual needs
- Maintain accurate and meaningful records
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3) (Preferred)
- Has experience working with young children (Preferred)
- Understands child development across the early years
- Is nurturing, patient and responsive to children’s individual needs
- Can support children in developing confidence and independence
- Values outdoor learning and play-based approaches
- Is reflective, proactive and committed to high-quality practice
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills with both children and adults
- Is committed to safeguarding and maintaining high standards of care
