We are looking for a Landscaper foreman/team leader to join an established and reputable landscaping team. You will work across TW, KT and SW postcodes delivering high‑quality soft and hard landscaping projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of landscaping works (soft & hard)
- Assist with site preparation, planting, turfing, paving and general grounds work
- Work efficiently within a team to complete projects to high standards
- Operate tools, machinery and equipment safely
- Maintain excellent site presentation and customer service
Requirements
Must-Have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a landscaper
- Strong skills in both soft and hard landscaping
- Ability to travel across TW, KT and SW postcodes
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Clean driving license
- Basic DBS check
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience leading small teams on site
- Certificates in horticulture or landscaping
Salary & Benefits
- £40,000 per year
