Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Multi Trade/ Tile Setter to join our team. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with various materials and tools. The ideal candidate will be able to install kitchens and bathrooms, first and second fix carpentry, tile and have basic plumbing skills
Duties
- Fit kitchens and bathroom.
- Lay sub floors, laminate and real wood floors.
- Measure and cut tiles to fit specific areas using hand tools and power tools.
- Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, smoothing, and applying necessary adhesives or substrates.
- Basic plumbing skills.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand project requirements and layouts.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to safety standards at all times.
- Perform touch-up painting as needed after tile installation is complete.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Multi Trade and Tile Setter.
- Familiarity with using both hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Ability to read scopes and work and understand technical drawings r
- Experience in carpentry or building is essential.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £16.94-£17.84 per hour
