We are looking for a hard working and reliable Kitchen staff to join our team. Urban Reef is a busy waterside restaurant located on Boscombe Beach, serving quality food and drinks in a fast-paced and welcoming environment.
Job Description:

Working well under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Running breakfast service

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen and back-of-house areas.

Keeping storage areas organised and well stocked.

Following all food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations.

Assisting with deep cleaning duties and end-of-shift cleaning tasks.

Working effectively as part of a team

Being reliable, flexible, and willing to help where needed.
