Location: Boston
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Pay rate: From £12.71 per hour
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our clients team in Boston.
Responsibilities
- Handle emails, calls, and enquiries from residents and staff
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
- Support data entry, reporting, and document preparation
- Assist with basic finance tasks (e.g. invoices, orders)
- Work collaboratively across departments
About you:
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a professional setting
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry systems
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed for efficient document preparation and data input
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with good phone etiquette
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience (preferred)
