We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious, multi-outlet luxury hospitality venue. Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef, this is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a passionate chef who thrives on leading from the front, developing high-performing teams, and consistently delivering exceptional food standards across a varied operation.
This role will oversee multiple kitchens and restaurant outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth service delivery across the wider food offering.

The Role
· Support the Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen operations
· Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade during service
· Ensure consistently high food quality and presentation
· Support seasonal menu development
· Manage stock, food costs, and kitchen budgets
· Maintain food safety and compliance standards
· Train and develop junior chefs
The Ideal Candidate
· Previous experience as a Head Chef within a quality-led hospitality environment
· Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
· Strong leadership and organisational skills
· Commercially aware with experience managing costs and stock control
· Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
Pay: £48,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
