Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Car Valeter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring vehicles are thoroughly cleaned, polished, and presented to the highest standard. Responsibilities
- Clean and valet vehicles both inside and out, including washing, polishing, vacuuming, and detailing.
- Ensure all vehicles meet the company's quality standards before delivery or customer collection.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the valeting bay and surrounding work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Assist with minor repairs or touch-ups as required to enhance vehicle appearance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries professionally and courteously.
- Drive vehicles safely within the premises when necessary for movement or positioning.
- Keep accurate records of work completed on each vehicle.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in janitorial work or vehicle cleaning is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
- Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate vehicle movement within the premises.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Physically fit, capable of standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks such as bending and lifting.
