Maths Teacher – Fareham
Creative Teachers are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and inspirational Maths Teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking secondary school in Fareham. This is an excellent opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers who are passionate about raising attainment and delivering high-quality mathematics education.
The Role
- Teach Mathematics across KS3 and KS4 (with KS5 opportunities available)
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured, and differentiated lessons
- Use effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress
- Contribute to curriculum development and departmental planning
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and progress
- Take part in CPD, staff meetings, and whole-school initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is working towards it
- Has strong subject knowledge in Mathematics
- Demonstrates excellent classroom management skills
- Is committed to inclusive teaching and student wellbeing
- Has a passion for continuous professional development
- Works well as part of a collaborative team
