- Delivering a variety of treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, and body treatments.
- Managing salon bookings through the computerised booking system to maximise revenue and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assisting guests both face-to-face and over the telephone with enquiries and appointments.
- Providing treatments in line with Seamill Hydro Hotel and ISHGA standards, ensuring a safe, relaxing, and indulgent guest experience.
- Maintaining a clean, professional, and welcoming salon environment at all times.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with guests.
- Supporting the wider salon and leisure team where required.
- Previous experience within a salon or spa environment, ideally within a 4-star hospitality setting.
- Knowledge of ISHGA products and treatments is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Strong attention to detail and passion for guest care.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends.
- HND qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
