The Role:
As a Business Improvement Specialist, you will work directly with some of the UK’s leading construction, infrastructure and manufacturing organisations, helping them improve business and project performance through practical, hands-on improvement initiatives.
You’ll collaborate with leaders, project teams and supply chains to identify opportunities, implement improvement methodologies, develop capability and create high-performance cultures.
Day-to-day responsibilities include facilitating workshops, gathering and analysing data, developing process improvement plans, and supporting the implementation of business improvement initiatives. You will also ensure the behaviours and routines are embedded to drive performance and impacts.

Pay: Up to £750.00 per day
