- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery during busy periods.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock ordering, and manage waste to optimise kitchen efficiency.

Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within a professional kitchen environment.
- Extensive background in food preparation, cooking, and food production across diverse cuisines.
- Demonstrable leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality settings.
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Experience in serving customers directly is advantageous but not mandatory.
