General Builder / Carpenter - Oxford & Surrounding Areas (Mobile Role)

We’re a small-to-medium company with our head office based in Bristol. This is a mobile role, so you’ll primarily be working independently across your allocated area. While you’ll be working on your own, you’ll always be supported by a responsive and approachable team.

The Role:
You’ll work on a varied mix of reactive repairs, maintenance, and small building projects across Oxford and nearby areas. Travel is a key part of the role, and you’ll be fully supported with a company van.
This position suits someone who is confident working independently, well-organised, and comfortable managing their own day without direct supervision.
We’re looking for operatives with strong experience in:
- Carpentry & Joinery
- General Building & Repairs
- Basic Plumbing
- Plastering / Patch Repairs
- Painting & Decorating (desirable)
- Roofing (desirable)
