We are a four star, traditional Country Inn and Restaurant, with accommodation and campsite at the foot of Snowdon in Snowdonia, North Wales
We have an ideal opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef to join our kitchen team
Average 45 hours over a 5 day week, which includes weekend and evening work
We require at least 3 years kitchen experience with the ability to act on your own initiative and work flexibly within a small team.
Must be confident and capable to take charge and run a section
Our food is served to our Restaurant and throughout our Inn and includes traditional British Cuisine and Fine Dining.
All our food is prepared, from fresh ingredients on the premises and we take time and care in sourcing quality local suppliers
Contract from June up to end of October with possibility of a permanent position

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

- Caernarfon LL54 6TL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
