Account Manager – Key Accounts

The Account Manager is expected to retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts. They are responsible for selling and supporting the firm’s complete product and service offering to an assigned set of named accounts.
Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership
- Proactively manages customers satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
- Manages assigned customers transition from the commercial team during customer implementation.
- Maintain an accurate and updated sales pipeline to company standards and KPI’s for regular board reporting and business forecasting.
- Achieves assigned sales quota.
- Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
- Establishes customer account plans that meet company standards in all assigned accounts.
- Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
- Enlists the support of sales specialists, implementation resources, service resources, and other sales and management resources as needed.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to set of client accounts in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between set of client accounts and internal teams.

Pay: £50,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Southampton
