Reporting to the Managing director this candidate will be responsible for and assisting with completing the following duties...
- Processing payments, invoices, income and receipts, ensuring all transactions are accurately entered into the accounting system.
- Compiling and analysing a variety of accounting and financial information to support reporting requirements.
- Assisting with payroll processing and maintaining accurate payroll records.
- Generating and issuing sales invoices in a timely manner.
- Chasing outstanding balances and maintaining effective credit control procedures.
- Preparing aged debt reports and ensuring overdue balances are actively followed up and collected.
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of financial records and business accounts.
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts and supporting audit requirements where necessary.
Your skills & experience
- Experience of working in a busy finance department working across all areas of the accounts function.
- ATI Qualified or QBE
