What you will be doing:
Support work isn’t just making cups of tea and personal care. It is about enhancing the lives for people living with emotional, physical and sometimes complex disabilities. We are looking for someone to support two young female adults who live in their own homes in Cringleford (Norwich) and Great Hockham (Norfolk). Whilst both have been given a diagnosis of complex disorders including; Mental Health challenges, Autism and can demonstrate behaviours that challenge, on good days they are bubbly, fun and an outgoing young adults who just want to succeed in life.
As part of the care team, you’ll provide support, ensuring their safety and wellbeing while helping them maintain their independence and enjoy the activities they enjoy. Both have active calendars which include; horse riding, escape rooms, cinema trips and going into the local community. — Two young adults determined to succeed and live life to the fullest.

Shifts: 12hr&14hr Night shifts,
Schedule: Includes alternate weekend working
Location: Cringleford (Norwich) & Great Hockham (Norfolk)
Contract Type: Fixed rota contracts available or casual positions for flexibility
