The Role
You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, delivering an exceptional level of client care throughout every transaction.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling remortgages and transfers of equity
- Dealing with new build and shared ownership transactions
- Progressing matters efficiently from instruction through to post-completion
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers, and solicitors
- Providing practical, proactive legal advice throughout the transaction
- Maintaining excellent client communication and service standards
- Supporting business development and helping to build long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX Lawyer, or experienced Residential Conveyancer
- 3+ years' experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload
- Ability to handle files independently with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge across residential property matters
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy workload
- Team player with a positive and professional approach
